Welcome to Veloura Travel Club. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Veloura Travel Club acts as a travel service provider & facilitator for flights, hotels, transport and holiday packages. We do not own airlines or hotels.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other service providers. A booking shall be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and issuance of confirmation by Veloura Travel Club.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in airfare, hotel rates, taxes, exchange rates, or supplier charges. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, permits, and any other required travel documents. Veloura Travel Club shall not be liable for losses arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.
Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy, consulate, or government authority. We assist in documentation but do not guarantee visa approval. Visa fees and service charges may be non-refundable.
Cancellation charges may apply as per airline, hotel, tour operator, or supplier policies. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the service provider. Some bookings are non-refundable.
Veloura Travel Club acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers. We shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, loss of baggage, injuries, or service deficiencies caused by third parties.
We shall not be liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, wars, or other events beyond our control.
Itinerary changes: Travel schedules may change due to operational or weather conditions. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary for safety or logistical reasons.
Customers must carry a valid ID/passport. Any missing documents may lead to cancellation without refund.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
